"Honestly, really easy to deal with"
I ordered the wrong size at first, which was kind of annoying, but the exchange ended up being way easier than I expected. Support got back to me quickly, and the new pair showed up sooner than I thought it would. Overall, just a really good feeling about the whole thing...

I had to upload my prescription and they reviewed it before making the glasses. It was simple overall, but it did take a little longer than I was expecting. They emailed me when something wasn’t clear, which I appreciated, and the order went through fine after that. Good experience in the end, but if the wait had dragged on much longer, I probably would’ve just gone somewhere else...

"Ordering took more effort than it should’ve"
Site seemed fine at first. Easy to browse. Then checkout started freezing. Had to type my info in twice. Super annoying. Shipping cost also didn’t show up until late in the process. Not great. I did get the order through in the end, but yeah. Not exactly smooth

Yeah, it took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but they did fix the issue in the end. Stuff happens, and I don’t think it’s fair to act like they ignored me or didn’t care. Once everything was sorted out, I was satisfied.

"Fine frames, but the price bugged me"
The frames were okay, nothing terrible or anything. I put them up and they looked decent, but then I kept thinking about what I paid and it just didn’t really add up for me. Maybe if the quality felt a bit more special I’d feel differently, but as is, they seem a little too pricey for what you actually get.

I’m not sure if this is how it usually goes or if I just caught them at a bad time, but it took quite a while to hear back from support. When they finally responded, it didn’t really answer the question I asked, so I was still left trying to figure it out.

"Virtual try-on was decent, but not totally accurate"
I tried the virtual try-on on hipoptical.com, and compared to a few other glasses sites I’ve used, it was okay but not the most accurate. Some frames looked a little strange on my face, and I still had a hard time judging the actual size. That said, it did help me narrow things down before ordering, which was useful. The site itself was easy to use, I just wish the try-on feature felt a bit more realistic.

"Packaging was actually really solid"
Got my glasses from hipoptical.com first thing I noticed was the packaging. The box felt sturdy. Nothing rattling around inside, which was a relief. You know how delivery can be... boxes get tossed everywhere. I was a little worried about that. But the case was clean, the cloth was clean, no dents, no scratches, nothing messed up. Simple packaging overall, but done nicely. Everything showed up in perfect shape, so I was happy with it

The glasses looked okay when I got them, but they fit way too tight on my face. The nose pads started hurting after about 10 minutes, so I couldn’t really wear them comfortably. I was already annoyed from having to go through verification more than once, and then the glasses ended up not even fitting right. Disappointed overall

I ordered a pair from hipoptical.com and, i was mostly just waiting to see if the shipping was going to drag on forever. I’m not the most patient person with online orders, so I kept checking the tracking, but they sent it quickly and the updates actually kept moving.

The package showed up on the exact day they said it would, which was a relief because I hate when stuff just sits somewhere with no explanation. No weird delays, no missing box, and the glasses were packed well. Easy experience overall, and I’d order from them again.

"Solid frames and better than I expected"
I ordered my glasses from Hip Optical, i was in a good mood when they arrived because they looked nicer than I expected right away. The frames feel sturdy, not cheap, and the hinges open and close really smoothly. I’m taking off one star because they felt a little tight at first, but after wearing them for a few days, they loosened up and felt more comfortable. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.
